We do quality checks on each products before sending them your way. We try our best to ship out all orders within 1-3 days from our warehouse once your order is confirmed. You will receive tracking information through email/sms, once the product is shipped. It takes an approx 1-3 days for the tracking number to get updated on the internet. This is out of our hand. IS SHIPPING REALLY FREE?


Yes, standard shipping is 100% FREE on all our products. Our carriers: For USA - E-Packet and USPS, For UK - E-Packet and Royal Mail, For Other Countries - E-Packet. DHL/Fedex courier is provided for free on orders of US$200 and above of the same product purchased in bulk (5+ per product).

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-items order, each item may be shipped from the a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available closest to your shipping address for fastest delivery. Alternatively, if an item is out of stock and on back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can, to get you your order as quickly as possible. To provide you with the best customer experience, we do quality checks on each product before sending them your way. Kindly allow an estimated 1-5 weeks for your order to arrive to the USA (varies from product to product). Other countries can take an estimated 1-6 weeks (varies from product to product). This might be cause of holiday season delays, weekends, distance traveling and custom checks. This is only an estimate and out of our hands, while your product in on-route.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

Your order may get delivered to you either by your local post office or private courier service. Depending on your locality, most shipment comes through local post offices in your area. If you're not at the adress (filled by you at the time of ordering), you are adviced to contact your local post office with the tracking number provided by us when your order is being shipped. In most cases, a notice card will be left by your local post office in case of un-delivered packages. Delays might be caused due to many reasons such as, holiday season, weekends, distance traveling and custom checks. This is only an estimate and out of our hands, while your product in on-route.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs and postal departments in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
